Personal Details

  • About Me: I have just completed my MSc in Habitat Management and Conservation (ecology) and I am now planning to push ahead with my primary life goal of helping to conserve the magnificent flora and fauna of this world. For my MSc research I focussed on urban trees and their function as habitat for invertebrates while also exploring the benefits of urban trees and how the research carried out should influence planning policy in regards to urban tree planting and maintenance. I am now awaiting my graduation (Summer 2012) and searching for jobs/PhDs all over the world. My Research Interests: Mammalian biology/ecology and conservation Farmland ecology/conservation Woodland Ecology Aquatic Ecosystems Green Urban Infrastructure How all of the above are influenced by climate change and the man made environment.
